We are seeking a dedicated and experience Duty Manager to join out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the management team. You will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, handling any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexible - able to work shift patterns and weekend.
• Charming and able to think on their feet
• Not easily deterred by challenges.
• Have an outgoing personality and able to make an memorable impact on guests.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
