We are seeking Casual Receptionists to join our reception teams at our hotels in central Telford (Holiday Inn and International Hotel).
Employed on an as and when required/zero hours basis as to business requirements, flexibility is essential as the role will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities include:

• Carry out all Hotel Reception duties to brand standard
• Ensure that all internal and external messages received are passed on accurately and as quickly as possible
• Deal with credit transactions in accordance with company policy
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience of working in a Hotel Environment
• Knowledge of using Opera Reservations system (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft office packages
• Experience of handling cash/credit card transactions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Willing to learn the use of new software packages used by the company
