Housekeeper 16 hours a week (3 x 4hour shifts) + Bank PA as needed
You will be working with a client in his own home with his wife and daughter. Support is centered around management and cleaning of the home as well as bank support for day to day assistance with tasks that range from (but not limited to) helping to manage appointments, provide companionship, provide assistance with management of the home, provide rehabilitation assistance, shopping, running errands etc.
The client is a young man that has an interest in making music especially electronic music with a passion for animation and being a dad. Any person that is successful will have to be a dog lover and be excited about getting to know an eclectic array of wonderful pets.
A successful candidate will be organised and manage a home as well as know when to be available and when to step back and allow the family to live in their own home and have family time. Full training around the clients needs will be provided.
Qualifications

• Driving License (Essential) and confidence to drive an adapted vehicle
• Caregiver: 1 year (Preferred)

We are looking for a Personal Assistant that is:

• Empathetic and caring, with a genuine passion for professional delivery and wanting to make a positive impact on the life of someone who requires support in their home
• An organised home manager and cleaner
• An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and clearly understand and undertake a care plan and communicate well with the surrounding team
• A professional person with experience as a carer/personal assistant or the ability and desire to learn the role
• Excited about working with people with a desire to go above and beyond
• Organised and happy managing diaries
• A confident driver

What we need from you

• Due to high demand, we require all our carers to complete our screening process including:

1. An initial call with Leila our registered manager
2. Provide a video "about me" for the client to review and shortlist
3. A video/face to face interview with our registered manager and the client
3. Ability to complete the HLG Complex Care Ltd training and onboarding process

• The right to work in the UK
• A clear, enhanced DBS and references. If you do not have a DBS we can run one for you free of charge.
• A desire to continually improve as a PA/carer, completing a 1 on 1 session with our in-house clinical lead nurse regularly
