We are a 56 bedroom Country Manor Hotel fantastically located in the countryside of Charlwood, Horley. Fully renovated to bring a stunning old building and grounds back to life.
Must be very customer orientated, chatty and interactive. Looking for a friendly and efficient person who wants to be a key part of a welcoming, family run business with the vision to grow.
In this role, you will report to Housekeeping Manager and be responsible for supporting the team to deliver exceptional standards.
Own transport is essential as the hotel is not on a direct public transport route.
Live In Option Available- Staff accommodation is available on site

Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
- Replenishing linen and guest supplies
- Providing a great guest experience
- Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
- Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Housekeeping Manager.
-Ensure public areas are cleaned to required standard
Must be capable and reliable.
