Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-Time HR Professional to join our team in London. In this role, you will contribute to various HR operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
· HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
· Employee Coordination: Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
· Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Gather feedback and suggest improvements based on employee input.
· Support HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including training and development, performance management, and policy updates.
· Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in HR or a related field.
· Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment processes.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (experience with HRIS is a plus).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
