Overview
We are seeking dedicated and proactive Area Cleaning Supervisors to oversee operations within a designated area (Greater Manchester). The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive initiatives, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
- Monitor customer service interactions to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to address any issues or concerns.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational processes.
- Prepare reports on performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not essential however commercial cleaning experience in schools is required
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Valid, clean driving licence is required for travel between locations as necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a clean, valid Enhanced DBS

Shift pattern
Monday - Friday split shifts, usually working between 06:30-09:30 and 14:00-21:00 (this is not your daily shift times but a guide of availability we require) as well as at least two Saturdays per month
