We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join the team at g2 Recruitment. This role is a full-time role based completely out of our Bristol office.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be working on projects across our various offices in the UK & Europe, collaborating on internal and external marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research and identify search trends and collaborate with the team on various media to aid revenue growth. (Media, Written Content Creation).
· Work within the Marketing Team managing the social media and Mailout campaigns – creating social media content to reflect the campaign.
· Aid with the design, filming, and execution of Social Media Content.
· Assisting the marketing team with content for the website. (Writing blogs + industry updates)
· Learn and develop Marketing techniques to assist with revenue generation.
· Collate and create surveys and industry knowledge both internally and externally.
· Create, collate and define lists to streamline Recruitment Marketing Processes.
· Create, collate, and keep updated internal and external Marketing Communications, including Newsletter and Intranet.
· Ensure the g2 Recruitment brand is consistent within digital guidelines in all activities (including third parties' communications).
· Work closely with Internal Recruitment & L&D to be a key part of the Talent Strategy
· Work closely with BD to help progress the g2 Recruitment B2B Footprint.
Qualifications and education requirements
Experience in Graphic Design (Desired)

Proofreading
Social Media
Adobe Creative Suite or similar
You will receive on-site training and Learning & Development throughout the role, to assist you to develop within the role.
