Are you a chef wanting more sociable hours? Fed up of double shifts and evening work? We are looking for a chef to join our busy kitchen team at the Cafe on the Green, Widecombe in the Moor. Experience in cheffing is essential. We are looking for someone who has a passion for food and an open attitude to learn.

A typical day will start at 8am and include:
- Prepping food for the day
-Baking scones for the day ahead
- Breakfast service runs from 10am - 11:30am and gets very busy on the weekends. Includes cooking food to order, poached eggs/fried eggs to order
-Lunch service runs from 12pm - 3pm, involves a number of different items e.g. baguettes, soup, salads, toasties, burgers
- Clean down at the end of the day and finish at roughly 4 - 4:30pm
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a small but enthusiastic team and someone who can be creative and come up with new ideas for the menu.
The hours are sociable daytime hours. Driving is essential due to our location.

-Prepping food for service and scones for the counter
-Breakfast service in the morning and lunch service in the afternoon
-Menu planning/Development
-Working well as a team with both the kitchen and Fo H staff.
