CDMX TACOS is the first authentic taqueria in London, bringing local taco culture from the streets of Mexico City to London's exciting dining scene. We are a fun, fast paced start up looking for passionate Grill Cooks to join us on the journey.
We require someone who can work in a busy, fast paced environment and help to create a real buzz in the kitchen - recreating the chaotic, hustle and bustle of the Mexico City taco stand.
What will your job include?
Our focus is on Mexican street food, all freshly made in-house.

• Grilling and serving our delicious menu of authentic pork, beef and cactus tacos
• Set up and close-down the wash up area, maintain clean and safe workstation, and daily deep cleaning.
• Following all health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
• Creating a fun and exciting environment for our team and our customers.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
