Incognito Cocktail Bars are looking for a kitchen manager to join us and be part of the team at our Kingston upon Thames venue. You will be lead prep for both our food and drink menus and covering kitchen and brunch service shifts.
We have a focus on molecular mixology, attention to detail, the theatrics of the product and overall customer experience.
Our first bar has been open since April 2018. Winner of two “Best Bar in Hampshire” awards and turning heads nationally, we are a truly unique and intriguing experience. Due to our success so far we are starting our expansion in Kingston.
We are looking for creative people, with a passion for food and cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and for the right person to progress with us.
The individuals must be enthusiastic, driven and willing to build on their existing skills. This role is extremely rewarding and will require the ongoing learning/studying and developing their skills.
Applicants must be available evenings and weekends and a full driving licence and food hygiene knowledge would be an advantage.
Service charge is currently in the region of £4000 per year for a full time employee.
