Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Kitchen assistant who can act in a supporting role to the kitchen team to provide with assistance is prepping, cooking, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The qualities ideal candidates will possess include (but are not limited to):

• Current/previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment.
• A minimum of 1 year's kitchen experience in a busy restaurant
• Happy to help with the dishes
• Good knowledge and passion for excellent food.
• A pro-active, can-do attitude
• Initiative and drive to get things done in a professional manner and within set timescales
• Confidence and adaptability in the way they give and receive instructions to the team and from senior management.
• Deal with the daily health and safety protocols at the site.
