The Role
Kitchen Porter Duties:

• Assisting with day to day kitchen duties such as weighing out ingredients and making decorations
• To help with daily cleaning, washing up and shift changeovers
• To maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness throughout the event
• To ensure that all back of house areas and kitchen equipment are maintained according to standards.
• To perform all duties relating to the cleaning of back of house areas such as toilets, sinks and patio areas according to the relevant food and hygiene standards and COSHH regulations.
• To report prior to the end of the shift to the Head Baker or duty manager for a final check-off of completed duties.
• To count any breakage and provide related reports to the supervisor.
• To carry out other cleaning tasks and reasonable requests as directed by your manager and supervisor.

It is a must for Kitchen Porters to be flexible in their working hours and be available to work evenings and weekends.
The role will involve shift work Monday through till Sunday.

Pay: £11.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
