Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling restaurant or hotel kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen while supporting the culinary team. Duties: - Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times - Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment - Assisting with basic food preparation tasks - Emptying bins and removing waste to designated areas - Cleaning food preparation areas including surfaces, floors, and equipment - Supporting chefs and kitchen staff as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is advantageous - Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting - Willingness to learn and help out wherever needed - Understanding of health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment Join our team as a Kitchen Porter to be part of a dynamic kitchen brigade, gaining valuable experience in the heart of the culinary world.
