Pittodrie House Hotel is looking for a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for students or individuals aged 16 and over who are looking to earn extra income through flexible work on weekends and evenings. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment and helping our culinary team deliver outstanding meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, dishes, and workspaces by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Stock & Supplies: Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Support Team: Provide assistance to chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods, ensuring they have the tools and materials they need.
• Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling, keeping the work area tidy and safe.

Requirements:

• Flexibility: Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and evening shifts as required.
• Reliability: A punctual, dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physical Endurance: Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling basic physical tasks.
