We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation and maintaining high standards of food safety. Duties

• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Help cook and assemble dishes according to our menu specifications.
• Support the team in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Participate in catering events as required, assisting with food presentation and service.
• Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is beneficial but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
• A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
