Learning and Development Trainer (Children's Services)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Full time permanent position
40 hours per week
Working centrally at Head Office with some travel to our geographically dispersed sites.
We are looking for an inspirational candidate who can design and deliver training courses for people who work in residential social care supporting children and young people. Through the delivery of training, you will help and achieve positive outcomes for these looked after children and young people.
Must possess the following:

• Educated to a Level 5 or equivalent.
• Outstanding organisation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging presence to inspire a learning environment.
• Knowledge of the children’s residential care sector.
• Ability to design engaging training programmes and measure impact of learning.
