We are seeking someone with energy and enthusiasm to join our Learning Supervisor team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of learning within the school through supervising lessons that have been set by a teacher in their absence. This post would be particularly suitable for anyone who might be interested in joining the teaching profession or who already holds QTS. However, previous experience in a school is not a requirement of this position.

There would be a comprehensive induction programme, including mentorship and training on behaviour management and teaching.
The Learning Supervisor role would also qualify in the admissions process for your child to attend Edgbarrow if you live out of catchment.
Edgbarrow is located in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire which is located approximately 3 miles from Wokingham and Camberley and 12 miles from Reading. It enjoys excellent links to surrounding villages, towns and cities via the M3, M4, A329M and local rail networks. It is a thriving, vibrant and high-achieving secondary school where students are polite, happy, well behaved and motivated. It was recently judged by Ofsted as outstanding.
