24-hour live-in care aims to enable clients to remain in their homes with as much independence as possible, carrying out the tasks in a professional, discreet, and caring manner whilst respecting the clients’ dignity, privacy, property, and confidentiality.
Our Clients depend on their dedicated Live-In Care Givers to support them on a 24-hour basis with the daily activities of living in their homes.
This will include not only assisting with the client’s personal care needs but also their social welfare.
Responsibilities:
-Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Encourage and motivate clients to engage in activities that enhance their well-being.
- Accompany clients on outings, appointments, and social events.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements of our Live-in Carers:

• Previous Live-in Care Experience is essential
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and dementia care is advantageous
• Must have current Right to Work full-time in the UK. We do not have licence to issue Co S and cannot accomodate 20-hours for a live-in role
• You must be able to commute to Portsmouth for 4 days to undertake training and meet and greet of Client
