ALL SEASONS LTD. is an established business providing the removal and installation of loft insulation. Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Labourer to join the All Seasons team.

START DATE: ASAP - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
THE ROLE:
Your primary role will be to assist in the removal and installation of loft insulation in both commercial and domestic properties around the UK. Tasks will include:

• Assisting with the installation of traditional loft insulation, loft lights, and vents.
• Helping to remove open-cell spray foam insulation.
• Installing new loft insulation after removal and adhering to company, technical, and health & safety standards.
• Assembling raised loft storage platforms (using 'loft legs') at varying heights and dimensions.
• Carrying out tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Completing necessary paperwork to confirm job completion.

As we are an expanding business, you must be prepared to adapt to changing business needs. We are currently exploring further avenues in the Energy Saving Market. You will receive job details and customer information via an app on your smartphone.
Full training and PPE will be provided.
TRAVEL:
Travel is a key part of this role. You may be required to work away from home for up to 4 days per week.
Travel times can vary but are typically up to 1.5 hours away, and you will be paid for travel time. In some cases, larger jobs may require longer travel times and working away from home. In such cases, accommodation will be provided, and a food allowance will be allocated.
While we aim to keep Fridays off, this depends on the completion of work during the week.
PAY:

• You will be paid the National Minimum Wage (NMW) applicable to your age.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, professionalism, and completing tasks ahead of schedule can qualify you for a bonus, potentially adding up to £5 per hour. This means your hourly rate could increase significantly with bonuses.
• Pay reviews will be conducted periodically, and future pay increases will be based on your performance and time in the role.
