Logistics Administrator

We are urgently seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our small, friendly team based in Sunbury.
What you’ll do:
· Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
· Liaising with driving teams and managers to allocate work
· Updating Contract Managers of any service issues
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
· Create routes for drivers based on customer requests
· Compile internal and external Excel reports from delivery data
What you’ll need:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Good IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we can offer you:
· Starting salary of £18,860 and £500 signing on bonus upon completion of your probation period

· Tuesday to Saturday
Hours:
6 hour shift variable between 12:30-20:00
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £19,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
