Pay : £36,600 - £41,600 per annum (based on £16/hours and 44-50 hours per week)

About the Role
As an Experienced Mixologist at Sketch, you will:

• Craft Exceptional Cocktails: Utilise your extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails to create a diverse and exciting drinks menu.
• Train and Mentor: Develop and train our bar staff, sharing your expertise and passion for mixology.
• Lead by Example: Transition into a leadership role, supporting the team as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Deliver Memorable Experiences: Provide lively and friendly service, ensuring each guest has a luxury experience.

You will work across various unique settings, including:

• The Parlour: A vibrant café by day that transforms into a cocktail and DJ bar by night.
• The Glade: An intimate restaurant that becomes a sophisticated cocktail venue in the evening.
• The East Bar: A lively, late-night party bar with a DJ, where the bartenders are the center of attention at the circular bar.
• The Gallery: Our iconic room known for Afternoon Tea and Dinner.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant experience in a full-service bar and a deep knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to train and mentor bar staff, with a path to a supervisory or management role.
