The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Night Auditor - Guest Experience Expert to join our Front Office Team.
What you will do
As a Night Auditor - Guest Experience Expert you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Night Supervisor with operations of the hotel during the night shift
- Facilitate guest requests and enquiries
- Ensure all necessary security requirements are met
- Assist with completing the Night Audit process
- Working through the night from 10.30pm to 7am
- A warm, people-orientated demeanor
- A team player attitude
- A proactive, problem solving approach to work
- Positive outlook and dependability
