Our friendly team at Ashgrove House Care are looking for Friendly Enthusiastic, Self motivated , fulltime and part time Senior care assistants,
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
Work along side registered manager and deputy managers to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to residents.
Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of the residents.
Contributing to care planning and coaching care assistants
Be responsible for administering medication to the residents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives and any enquires.
Work with community professionals when dealing with residents requirements and keep families updated with current care plans.
Maintain Confidentiality at all times.
Ensure the dignity and respect of every resident is maintained at all times.
