Pay: £14.55-£15.15 per hour

As a Night Care Team Manager you will be responsible for:
- You will be leading a small care team.
- You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
- Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent.
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or other professional qualification in the caring field.
- Essential to have practical experience of working with older people or another adult client group.
- Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.
