As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high culinary standards during the night shift. You will be responsible for food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen outside regular hours.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Uphold Firmdale’s reputation for outstanding food quality and presentation.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end hospitality setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for working night shifts and contributing to a lively kitchen environment.
