We are looking for a Hotel Night Porter to join our friendly and supportive Front of House team.
The focus of the Night Porter role at Thyme will be to ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to Thyme, setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.
As a Hotel Porter you will be the first point of contact for our guests; you must be professional, discreet, and confident in your own ability. Working both within a team or alone it is essential for you to be able to prioritise for this role. With a 'can-do' attitude and a natural ability to go the extra mile, it is essential that you can use your initiative often thinking outside the box.

Duties include

• Security of building & guests
• Cleaning all public areas.
• Taking telephone calls
• Must be customer service focused

We are looking for someone who is able to work from 11pm until 7am approx. 5 days a week.
Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include setting tables, tidying and general maintenance as well as any guests needs throughout the night.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
