Nursery Manager

An amazing salary up to £50k depending on your experience, is being offered at our Beaumont House Nursery in Twickenham, you will need to be an experienced Nursery manager, have experience of running large nurseries, have worked with budgets, financials, know how to market your nursery, grow occupancy, and team, lead and support your team, and ideally have taken a nursery through a recent Ofsted Inspection. As the Nursery Manager you will:
  • Have at least 4 yeras of working within full daycare Nursery settings.
  • Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted Inspection.
  • Can inspire a team and lead by example.
  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
  • Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
  • Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
  • Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years' experience of working in a Nursery
Beaumont House Nursery is based in Twickenham High Street, part of CC Nurseries Group, a 92 place lovely nursery that has been designed to spark curiosity and imagination, and each room is filled with hand-picked resources to encourage self-directed play and discovery, together with the love for the outdoors, where the children not only have access to outdoor space at the rear of the nursery to enjoy, but regularly take trips to local green spots to enjoy fun in the fresh air!
