Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to drive and communicate effectively in English.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, or other finishes according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint or other finishes
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Fill paint trays and maintain supplies throughout the painting process
- Clean up work areas and remove hazardous materials after completing the job
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
Skills:
- Strong painting skills with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Proficient in driving to different job sites as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members and clients
