Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated personal assistant to the company director and to be able to have Project Management experience to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and understanding of project management methodologies, You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Duties

• project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
• Utilise tools such as MS, Excel.
• Implement organisational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate risk management processes to mitigate potential challenges.
• Prepare reports
• Assisting the company owner to deliver results and day to day tasks

Requirements

• Experience in project management with a strong understanding of management principles.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
