Pharmaceutical Project Co-ordinator

To support our continued growth we are recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator. This role is responsible for the coordination of our client projects from start to finish supported by Project Support Associates.
We operate a hybrid working approach, initially during training most of your time will need to be spent on site at our Sevenoaks location but then hybrid working will apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordination, setup and closure of assigned projects.
- Liaising with clients including regular client meetings/emails to give updates on projects. Client onboarding and project setup. Building rapport with clients to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinating internal schedule and setup activities including product sourcing, label design, finished product specification, batch issuing and randomization list splicing.
- Monthly invoicing of each project and management of invoice queries.
- Organising workload within the sub-team of Project Support Associates.
- To train and manage Project Support Associates to ensure the correct skill mix is utilised to meet the needs of the Project Team.
- Working with colleagues to schedule project work, accounting for deadlines, available resource and business need.
- Where available, use of appropriate project planning tools e.g. Asana to track and communicate milestones and critical path activities and responsibilities.
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of Project Support Associates and to ensure that Eramol policies on recruitment are adhered to including personnel on-boarding and induction training
- Managing and leadership of Project Support Associates
- Preparation of reports and other key information.
- Pro-active communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating with and providing support to assigned clients
- Participation in client and internal meetings
- Client complaint investigations and escalation
- Collaboration working with QA and Production
- Process improvements and trouble shooting
- Experience in working in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or with significant relevant work experience.

- Salary from £26,500 per year depending on experience
