Obicà Mozzarella Bar is hiring a full-time Pizza Chef

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience with pizza Napoletana (from making dough to open pizza) in a high volume and fast paced kitchen.

• Well-presented and have a good corporal hygiene.

• Maintain all health and safety standards as well as Obicà’s high standards of quality and customer service.

• Demonstrates the ability to replicate Obicà recipes with skills commonly found in only fine dining establishments.

• Constantly preps and makes new products (our products come in fresh and unprocessed)

• Ensures that the working station is clean at all times.

• Works well with others, takes responsibility for actions, and pays attention to details.

• Shares a passion for authentic, Italian products.

• Food safety level 2 certificate will be a plus
