Plan/Funeral Arranger - Kevin Mathews Funeral Services
We are looking for a caring, organised and compassionate individual to join our growing team. You will need to have a willingness to support families and deliver excellent customer service. We offer full training, so no experience necessary and a competitive salary. Our mission is to challenge the expectation of the industry and provide support to families at their time of need.
Main responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, using bespoke software systems
• Arranging and administering funeral plans
• Communicating with industry-related professionals (Doctors, Hospitals, HM Coroners, Crematoria and Cemeteries).
• Booking any associated products and services
• Answering inbound telephone calls, directly assisting or signposting to appropriate team member
• Diary management
• Assistance and support for visitors to our Chapel of Rest
• Reception support

• A professional and calm manner
• A willingness to work as part of a team
• The ability to show compassion and empathy in emotional situations
• A sensitivity around the deceased
• The ability to perform manual lifting
• A full clean driving licence
• Experience in the care industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
