Job Summary
We are seeking an Planning Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Hatchery based in Wrexham and Farms across the UK and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in planning and scheduling drivers rotas to ensure timelines and operational goals are met
- Liaise between business units handling enquiries, supporting to resolve issues and facilitating communications.
- Support the hatchery with administration needs
- Any other support to the business as and when needed
Experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks
*As this role is based in a Hatchery environment, biosecurity procedures are to be strictly adhered to.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
