Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Diagnose and fix heating system issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Boiler Installation and Replacement: Install and replace boilers with precision for reliable heating.
• Hot Water System Maintenance: Keep hot water tanks and cylinders in top condition.
• Radiator Optimization: Fix leaks and ensure efficient radiator performance for consistent warmth.
• Central Heating Management: Ensure smooth operation of central heating systems.
• Thermostat Calibration: Install and calibrate thermostats for optimal temperature control.
• Gas Safety Compliance: Safely handle gas cylinders, prioritizing client and team safety.
• Versatile Maintenance Skills: Undertake various general maintenance tasks with multi-trade expertise.
• Effective Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with the scheduling team for daily updates.
• Comprehensive Job Reporting: Provide clear and insightful job reports for ongoing improvement.

• Masterful Time Management: Efficiently handle a minimum of 7 jobs per day, prioritizing client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of Heating and Gas experience
• Gas Safe Registration: You have a valid Gas Safety Register
• Talking Skills: Whether with clients or the team, your communication skills must be excellent.
• On the Go: You've got a full driving license and are willing to work reactively
