Our Product team
RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfil the needs of world's largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers. Our products use advanced cutting-edge technology like AI and ML while being user-friendly and efficient to use for the thousands of users we have. We have the happiest customers of our industry, and our customers couldn't run their daily operations without RELEX. What's more, through optimizing our customers supply chains, we save 11m kg of food waste every year. We are now looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our RELEX family. You will focus on Macro Space in our Space and Assortment Management product suite. Together we are building a world-class solution, and you will help the team achieve this goal by leading the development of our Macro Space products with a clear product vision and roadmap.
You will be joining our Product team preferably in Helsinki (Finland), Stoke-on-Trent or London (UK (United Kingdom); however, any current RELEX European office location will be considered.
What you will be doing:
You will play the significant role of Product Manager in Space & Assortment product area. This area covers Micro Space (Planogram management and optimization), Macro Space (Floor Planning and optimization), as well as Clustering and Assortment solutions. As a Product Manager you will be contributing to many facets of our business and in this role, you will be responsible for our Macro Space products. Some of the key areas of responsibility are based around the following:
Product strategy and vision

What you will be doing:
You will play the significant role of Product Manager in Space & Assortment product area. As a Product Manager you will be contributing to many facets of our business and in this role, you will be responsible for our Macro Space products. Some of the key areas of responsibility are based around the following:
Product strategy and vision
- Working with Head of Product and other Macro Space, Store Execution & Platform team members to define the Macro Space Product vision
- Communicating the Product vision on all levels, ensuring it gives the required direction to all product and development functions
- Being a key contributor to strategy for Macro Space product as well as overall Space & Assortment product area
- Owning the product roadmap for your responsibility area, defining new features and recognizing improvement opportunities, as well as giving direction to the Engineering teams in managing the operational roadmaps and development
- Involve customers to product and roadmap communication and actively collaborate with them to understand their business needs and to ensure the desirability and viability of new product development
- Being a trusted expert with a deep knowledge of Macro Space product and related processes, value statements and Key Performance Indicators
- Being a product evangelist of your products both internally and externally (e.g., supporting sales, engaging with prospective partners)
- Advising and supporting sales cases for Macro Space solution, and transposing of prospect requirements to solutions within our offering
- Supporting key stakeholders within Product Operations, Product Excellence and Best Practice teams in their efforts to mature and scale operations according to the growth of the business
- Establish good working relationships with different key stakeholders across the organization including Product and Technology, Customer Operations, Sales and Marketing

Minimum 3 years of experience in both or either of the following:
- Space related products within the industry and a clear view of best practices, and how improvements can be made in terms of solutions and user experience
- Experience in Product management, and software development, including development methodology and roadmap management
- Experience about Macro space planning methodologies including understanding of base principles and on-going challenges
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability talk about difficult topics on multiple abstraction layers from C level to other members of the wider product team
- Ability to take ownership and provide the product vision and direction in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good prioritization and project management skills
- (Deep) understanding of retail industry or broader range of product areas is considered as advantage
