As a Senior Strategic Product Marketing Manager, you will join a team of incredibly talented professionals each leading strategic portfolios through their combination of expert domain knowledge and marketing acumen supported by robust operating principles.

In this role, you will be a strong advocate for the strategic direction of the Networks and Connectivity portfolios, leading industry and customer collaboration to capture profound insights that grow our business and transform Air to Ground (ACARS and SATCOM ) and Ground to Ground (Type B etc) value to aviation. Our network connects to the far reaches of the globe, in almost every country providing aviation, airport, government, and transportation connectivity. It provides private networking in a highly reliable, secure and available world-wide network architecture for Collins Aerospace, CAS's Mission Critical Aviation, Transportation, and Airports Customers.

to include understanding of connectivity for air to ground and IATA messaging standards (type B, etc.) for ground to ground

What You Will Do:

You will work in a hybrid capacity at our Crawley site

You will lead strategic marketing projects.

You will drive strategic marketing initiatives for the Networks and Connectivity portfolio.

You will collaborate with Integrated Program Teams including strategy, value stream, program management, engineering, solution consultants, and sales

You will align Product and Strategic Marketing Plans with the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan

You will conduct product training and webinars for solution consultants and sales teams.

You will facilitate workshops to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights.

You will develop and innovate the Economic and Environmental Benefit Analysis (E2BA) platform.

You will deliver profound insights to drive the growth of the Networks and Connectivity portfolio within the CAS business.

You will develop market requirements documents and Go-to-Market strategies.

You will create sales tool kits including case studies, demos, presentations, thought leadership, and whitepapers for sales enablement and CRM platforms.

What You Will Learn:

You will elevate your Innovation abilities through working with industry leaders across multiple Aviation and Saa S domains

You will Master world class Collins Management System (CMS) and CORE Operating Principles

You will learn new Pragmatic and Challenger Marketing and Pursuit Order Capture methodologies.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and relevant experience, or in the absence of a degree, relevant experience.

Must have prior experience leading projects across global cross-functional teams

Qualifications We Prefer:

Prior experience working in aviation networks and communication

Prior experience in business case market requirements and go-to-market development skills.

Ability to demonstrate root cause analysis skills to capture profound insights.

Prior experience in operational excellence with a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Prior experience in digital tools such as MS Suite, planners, and dashboards.

Prior experience building effective design across media types, including web and social.
