Serious question and there is no right answer. At Haringey 6th Form College we want our leaders to be reflective practitioners who are always looking for ways to improve their own practice and that of the teams that they lead.
An exciting new leadership role has been created for an innovative and highly motivated practitioner looking to take the next step in their career. With a relentless focus on excellence, you will be the ‘go to’ practitioner for our Humantiies provision. Ideally, you will be able to teach A-level Sociology and/or Psychology. You will be co-ordinating courses, advising students and assuring the quality of the provision. You will proactively identify areas for development to ensure an outstanding learner experience and be able to motivate and inspire others to deliver excellence.
Our amazing young people come here with high aspirations - we help to make them outstanding citizens. It is this simple really: we run this college for the benefit of our students.
