Energy Innovation Centre: Project Coordinator (Six-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Position Overview
The Energy Innovation Centre (EIC) seek an ambitious and organised Project Coordinator to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and managing information from multiple sources into our online customer-facing platform, the Deployment Ready Hub, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. This role requires high attention to detail, proficiency with various software tools, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Deployment Ready Hub is a pivotal platform developed by the EIC to showcase a range of innovative solutions ready for deployment. These solutions are carefully curated from our Network Partners and publicly available industry resources. The purpose of the Deployment Ready Hub is to facilitate the identification and implementation of proven solutions, thereby accelerating the networks' ability to achieve net-zero emissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, integrate, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data on the Deployment Ready Hub.
• Platform Oversight: Efficiently manage and present data using software tools to enhance user experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, network personnel, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to support project objectives when required.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data audits, promptly correct any discrepancies, and ensure high standards of data quality.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing data management processes and platform functionality to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data management and online platform applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Preferred

• Background in the energy sector.
• Experience facilitating small to medium-sized group discussions.
• Skills in report writing and delivering presentations.
• Full UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
• Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (pro rata for the contract duration).
