We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our diverse portfolio of projects.
Position Overview
As a Project Manager specializing in renovation and construction, you will oversee all aspects of our projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of renovation and construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, and provide leadership and support to project teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on renovation and construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closeout.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
