This is a Remote role with days 2 per month in the office. Flexibility is required for travel to any face-to-face meetings and in person client deliveries.

- Experience: Proven experience in market research or a related field, with a strong background in agency or client-side roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Display R/Q, Python, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights and present them in a compelling way.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively share findings with colleagues and clients.
- Passion: A genuine interest in personal development and staying at the forefront of quantitative research innovation.
- Questionnaire Design: Create and implement survey methodologies, including quota and sampling frameworks.
- Data Processing: Manage online fieldwork, data processing, and analysis using various software packages.
- Insight Delivery: Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting value and opportunities within their commercial context.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries, offering clear research designs and actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to share insights and support decision-making processes.
- Proposal Development: Work with account directors and project managers to shape innovative research proposals.
