As our business continues to grow significantly, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate team. While experience in a similar role is preferred, we value a commitment to delivering "Outstanding" care above all else.
Position Overview:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care services, working closely with a Nurse Manager to lead and support a team of compassionate support workers. Your leadership and dedication to excellence will ensure that we provide the highest quality care, significantly enhancing the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to provide holistic, person-centered care.
Inspire, motivate, and cultivate a highly skilled and engaged workforce, demonstrating a strong commitment to staff development and growth.
Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to frontline staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Ensure that all care packages meet or exceed CQC standards, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
Manage staff rotas effectively to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.
Thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
Bring previous experience in a managerial position within the care sector.
