Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Analyse data trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage in upselling opportunities during customer interactions to enhance service offerings.
• Maintain organised records of communications and transactions for future reference.

Skills

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyse information effectively, drawing relevant conclusions from data sets.
• Experience in upselling or similar sales techniques is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
