Job Summary
We are seeking a Group Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee the efficient functioning of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate various aspects of retail management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service working closely with the Operations and Property teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate retail activities to achieve sales targets
- Work across internal functions to ensure smooth launches of new products across the group.
- Own our planned maintenance matrix to ensure compliance across the store estate and all Knoops owned properties.
- Lead and supervise maintenance projects effectively including new store openings and licensing.
- Ensure the support office is to standard and visitors are seen to on arrival.
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or a related field is essential
- Proficiency in sales management and team supervision
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- This role is required to be in Knoops' properties for majority of the week and will require some store visits.
- Strong leadership and time management abilities
- Organisational skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
