Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to enhance customer understanding.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash handling and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

Skills

• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to sell products while providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
