The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for a proactive Retail Supervisor to join our supportive and friendly retail team.
As a Supervisor your main responsibilities include:

• To assist the store manager in the efficient operation of the store or concession particularly in any management absence.
• To train and coach staff.
• Ensuring our customers receive the right standards of service.
• Understanding our product range and fit profiles.
• Achieving your sales targets.
• Ensuring the shops look attractive and with the highest standards of visual displays for our shoe ranges.
• Giving our customer a fantastic retail experience, ensuring the right product for the right person.
