Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Project Engineer to join our team, providing essential support across sales, project management, and engineering administration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and organizing tasks, enabling seamless operations across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background, strong organizational skills, and a relentless focus on the customer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with technical inquiries, documentation, and client communication.
• Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate and track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates for customers.
• Project Support:
• Assist in project planning, tracking project timelines, and updating status reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Engineering Administration:
• Support the engineering team in preparing technical reports, test results, and quality documentation.
• Assist with procurement tasks, including ordering materials and tracking inventory.
• Manage and update databases for product information, part numbers, and vendor details.
• Deliver a number of improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, project coordination, or engineering admin role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reports for sales and project performance.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
