Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through various face to face channels to understand and address their needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and interests promptly and effectively.

• Work with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer experiences.

• Maintain targets and up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to provide accurate information to customers.

• Give customer feedback on products and provide insights to help improve our services

• upsell products and services for Charity Partners such as British Heart Foundation, Sky , Talktalk and Many more

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a good, but not required

• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £1,450.00-£2,152.00 per month
