(Part time) Mobile catering job working around the South Gloc area will require you:

• Food preparation: Preparing and cooking food to a high standard

• Customer service: Serving customers and building up repeat business

• Cleaning: Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe

*

• Food safety: Handling raw food safely and adhering to food handling and safety regulations

*

• Stock: Stocking up on food ingredients and drinks

*

• Set up: Setting up the mobile unit at the venue

*

• Temperature: Checking the temperature of fridges and food

*

• Waste: Emptying and cleaning food waste bins on a regular basis

*

• Health and safety: Ensuring the appropriate level of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety are met.

Locations may include Festivals, carnivals, fetes, galas, christmas markets, Christmas lights switch ons, county shows, and other outdoor activities events.
Pay: £9.84-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
