Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to sell products through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory efficiently.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
