Duties:
-Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Help with receiving and unpacking shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Follow lock up procedures accordingly
-Accepting delivery orders via our tablet.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall operations of the shop. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be an asset in assisting a diverse range of customers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth running of the shop.
